Coach Tips

Welcome, coaches. This page includes helpful information to support you throughout the season. Please review the guidance below for uniforms, player forms, and game cards.

Passing Out Uniforms

When distributing your uniforms, please line up the players from smallest to tallest. Uniforms will have increasing size with the increasing number (#2 is the smallest size; the biggest number is the largest size).

Teams with an additional player have had additional uniforms ordered. The majority of those uniforms should be available when you pick up your uniforms. If your additional uniform has not yet arrived, please do not issue a uniform to your largest player. The additional uniforms will be of the larger size and should arrive before the first game.

Uniform Issues

Uniforms that are too small for a player can be ordered and replaced. Uniforms that are too large will not be replaced.

Player Forms

Player forms may be available at uniform pick-up. If they are ready, you will receive them. If not, you will need to come to the Admin tables prior to the start of your first game and pick them up.

Filling Out Game Cards

Please fill out your game cards before the game. This will help referees complete team check-in on time.

Steps to fill out your game card correctly:

1. Fill out Region (359), Age Group, Team #, and Date.
2. Fill out Team Name and the opposing team (name or number).
3. Fill out coach and assistant coach names.
4. List all players in number order.
5. Write the first and last name of each player.
6. If you know a player will not be at the game, write "ABSENT" on their row to the right of their name.
