6U	3 v 3	3	Fun introduction to soccer that focuses on dribbling and shooting with small goals (no keeper). One hour sessions on Saturday include 30 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of game time. Coaches manage the game. No practices during the week.
8U	4 v 4	3	Builds upon 6U skills with introduction of passing and receiving with bigger goals (no keeper). One practice during the week and a game on Friday nights. Coaches manage the game.
10U	7 v 7	4	Builds upon 8U skills with focus on touch, defensive skills, and the addition of goalkeepers. One or two practices during the week and a game on Saturdays. Referee volunteers call the game.
12U	9 v 9	4	Polishing of skills taught at 6U-10U with focus on tactics and reading the game. Two practices during the week and a game on Saturdays. Referee volunteers call the game.
14U	11 v 11	5	Continued polishing of skills with greater emphasis on tactics and strategy. Full complement of players are on the field. Two practices during the week and a game on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Referee volunteers call the game.
